Ripplinger Homes is owned by Ken and Leanne Ripplinger. The company was incorporated on February 13, 1997, under the name KLR Enterprises Ltd. Ripplinger Homes began as a residential home building company that initially focused on infill housing in the Cathedral and Crescents areas of Regina. As demand for houses created by Ripplinger Homes grew, the company expanded into the new subdivisions of Regina as well as the surrounding residential areas.

Ripplinger Homes builds on average 20+ homes per year. Our philosophy centers on delivering the best quality home to the customer. The home building process is managed by Owners Ken and Leanne Ripplinger, along with Vance Brehmer who has been with Ripplinger Homes since it was incorporated. We operate in a team environment with an excellent group of employees who work hard to ensure quality controls are met and customer satisfaction is assured. Over the years, we have also established strong working relationships with a core group of subcontractors who provide quality workmanship and superior customer service.

Ripplinger Homes is a member of the Regina and Region Home Builder’s Association and is a Certified Professional Home Builder. We have won a majority of our submissions to the Regina and Region Home Builder’s Association Master Awards Program. These awards include Best New Show Home, Best Custom Built Home, and the New Home Buyers Choice Award.
