Dear Ken,

I am almost at a loss for words about where to start and stop my thank yous, and express our sincere appreciation for the opportunity to have built our new home with you. It was the most amazing building experience and nothing short of what we expected.

From our very first meetings with Peter developing the floor plan, I knew everything would be perfect, and it is. There wasn't a single detail missed or overlooked. Every single tradesperson and design consultant was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, patient, and a complete pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship and perfectionism of everyone's work in our home is highly recognized and certainly in a class of its own.

Since the very first day, up until possession, and every day after that, you and Vance have answered and addressed all our calls and e-mails regarding any questions or concerns we might have had, thank you so much.

I really appreciated all the fair warning time you gave us to explore and make decorating decisions. Thank you, Ken and Vance for being so patient with me when I changed my mind, and then changed it again countless times. I never once felt stressed or forced to make a quick decision.

Again, thank you so much for making our dream home a reality. We are all so excited to come home every day and enjoy all of its beauty. I know this feeling won't be wearing off anytime soon. As well, thank you for the 'Ripplinger' picture "PRAIRIE SUNSET". It has been hung in our home and will always be a constant reminder of the extraordinary building experience we had with you and your team.
